Geek Squad is the worst for Customer Service - Electronics


Best Buy Customer Service has gone way downhill. They put people (Geek Squad) in charge and it is clear that they have no training in Customer Relationship management or even good Customer Service. I think they are only trained to do simple repairs on PCs . Very inconsistent on extended warranties and no follow-up. Store GM is not interested in resolving problems. Called Corporate number and they said the Geek Squad rep is always right and they can't do anything about it. Very bad company, and I won't have a need to use them again until they improve their Customer Service. I've had much better experiences with SquareTrade warranties and even Fry's.
